This Privacy Policy explains how Vivere LLC (“Vivere,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Forma and the Investimate™ (the “Service”), including our websites and applications. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. When you create an account, our authentication provider collects your name and email address, and any profile details you provide (such as company or role).
• Information you provide. Property addresses, uploaded files, deal and rehab or as-is inputs, chat content, buy-box criteria, feedback, and other materials you submit to the Service.
• Automatically collected information. Usage, log, and device information (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps).
• Cookies and similar technologies. We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, secure your session, and measure usage and performance.

How we use information

We use information to provide, operate, evaluate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service and its analysis, including after the beta; to personalize and maintain your account; to communicate with you, including service and administrative messages; to analyze usage; and to comply with law and enforce our terms. When we use your inputs to improve our models, benchmarks, or data, we do so in aggregated or de-identified form.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers. With vendors that host, secure, or help operate the Service (such as hosting, database, authentication, email, mapping, and AI processing providers) under confidentiality obligations and only to provide their services to us.
• No third-party model training. We do not knowingly permit third-party service providers to use your inputs to train their general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
• Legal and safety. When required to comply with law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vivere, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
• With your direction. When you choose to share or list information, for example by listing a deal on the marketplace. Other users cannot see the inputs, deals, or files you keep private unless you choose to share or list them.

Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it. Aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you may be retained and used to operate and improve the Service.

Your choices and rights

You may access, update, or request deletion of the information you have provided by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK GDPR, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below; we will verify and respond consistent with applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

International users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.

Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
